Bahrain Duty Free’s role in enhancing airport, services stressed

Manama, April 24 (BNA) Minister of Transport and Communications Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed praised the efforts made by the Bahrain Duty Free Company to improve its services, which contributes to enhancing the role of Bahrain International Airport and its services.


The minister, who was speaking during the annual Ghabga hosted by the company, indicated that the steady promotion of free market services is in line with the Economic Vision 2030 and supports the national economy.


The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Duty Free Company, Farouk Yousef Al-Moayyed, said that the company, which was established in 1990, is proud of strengthening and expanding the range of partners, which contributes to a fruitful cooperation.


He added that this expansion contributes to supporting the national economy and enhancing Bahrain’s position as a tourist destination.
