Manama, April 15 (BNA): Under the auspices of Lieutenant General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Red Crescent Society, the annual Ramadan Ghabga was hosted. The event was honored in the presence of the distinguished Chairman and members of the Board of Directors, executive management, respected community members and dedicated volunteers. The Ramadan Ghabga was held at the Society’s headquarters in the Diplomatic Area.
The Association took this opportunity during the Ghabga to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to its partners, associates and volunteers for their generous contributions, financial and in-kind, in supporting needy groups in various regions of Bahrain during the holy month of Ramadan. The association also recognized the pivotal role played by its humanitarian efforts, at the local and international levels, in providing aid and assistance to those in need.
Moreover, the Association reiterated its firm commitment to persevere in its efforts towards providing a wide range of activities, training programs and initiatives designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of its members in various fields of relief and humanitarian work. The community remains steadfast in its dedication to qualifying and empowering its people, enabling them to make meaningful contributions towards the betterment of society.
