Manama, June 12 (BNA) The Bahrain Institute for Political Development (BIPD) has called on those wishing to run for the upcoming parliamentary and municipal elections to register in the training program for its electoral candidates through the bipd.org website, as part of the specialized phase of the National Program for Parliamentary and Municipal Elections “Drip” (Training 2) ).
The in-person program will start on June 19 at the institute’s headquarters in Umm Al Hassam.
According to the BIPD, participants must be Bahraini at least 30 years old. They must be potential candidates for the upcoming parliamentary or municipal elections, and must complete the registration form on their website.
The institute said that seats are limited and that priority will be given to those who did not attend the previous stages of the program.
The program includes specialized workshops and training courses, a workshop on the constitutional and legal framework of the electoral and parliamentary process, a training course on the professional management of the electoral campaign, a workshop on the basics and principles of municipal work, and a training course.
