RHF signs cooperation agreement with Royal Bahrain Hospital, KBMC

Manama, June 12 / BNA / The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) today signed a cooperation agreement with the Royal Bahrain Hospital and the Chemistry Bahrain Medical Center (KBMC), in line with its keenness to provide low-cost healthcare services for its care. The agreement was signed by the Secretary-General of the Healthcare Corporation, Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KBMC and the President of the Royal Bahrain Hospital, Ahmed Jawahery.


Under the agreement, Ishraqat Card holders pay a reduced fee when undergoing operations and other medical services.


Al-Sayed indicated that the agreement comes within the framework of community partnership to pave the way for all institutions and authorities to contribute to serving orphans and widows and to engage in humanitarian work to serve the community.


Ahmed Jawahery said that this step comes in line with the hospital’s keenness to support members of the community, expressing his pride in signing the agreement, which aims to provide health services to families sponsored by the King Hussein Cancer Foundation at reduced prices. He also confirmed that the agreement will be renewed annually.


It is noteworthy that the “Ishraqat” card project was launched by the King Hussein Cancer Foundation in partnership with a group of social institutions. It enables its holders to benefit from discounted rates on services offered by more than 220 destinations.
