The Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance concludes the Executive Education Program on Strategic Leadership for Senior Leaders<br />














































Manama, July 3 (BNA) The Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), the leading provider of education and development in the region, concluded the Executive Education Program on Strategic Leadership for Senior Leaders, which was held in London in partnership. With Bayes College of Business (formerly Cass Business School).


The program, with the participation of CEOs, senior executives and managers representing various industries in the Kingdom, aims to develop their leadership capabilities in the areas of strategic thinking, decision-making and network building, in addition to environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG).


On the occasion, Dr. Ahmed Al Sheikh, Director of the BIBF Institute said: “BIBF’s Executive Education programs are unique in that they connect academic concepts directly to the workplace, with a focus on improving the business knowledge and skills needed to become an effective leader.”


Sana Haji, Acting Head of the Leadership and Management Center at the institute, confirmed that the institute is committed to providing recognized training programs and professional qualifications in the fields of leadership and management. In cooperation with reputable training institutions around the world, to enhance the capabilities of local cadres and develop their capabilities in the areas of leadership, team building, strategic planning and decision-making.


Moreover, the program was endorsed by many participants who praised the new strategic leadership skills they acquired, which will eventually be reflected in the performance of their organizations.


Among the participants was Maysa Al-Haddad, Vice President of Treasury Investments at Gulf International Bank, who praised the strategic program offered by the Bayes School of Business in creating amazing opportunities for building networks and partnerships.
