What will you do:
– Welcoming and welcoming all guests who approach the bar to the highest standards.
– To gain a comprehensive understanding, knowledge and presentation of the food as well as the allergens on the items on the menu
Ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and even sell alternatives. Upselling is the key
– Dealing with, preparing and serving guest requests efficiently and in a courteous and courteous manner.
Take a multi-tasking and fixable approach to assist other F&B outlets if requested by the line manager.
Flexible and expand job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the functional capacity as assigned, including redeployment to alternate divisions/areas if necessary, to meet business requirements and guest service needs
Maintaining coffee machines and ensuring that cleaning standards are followed on a daily basis.
Handle all cashier duties as assigned.
Your experience and skills include:
– Certified Barista – SCA
Must be able to multi-task / work under pressure
– Able to work as part of a team and independently, while owning the cafe
At least one year of experience in a similar role.
