Bahrain to play Algeria in two friendly matches

Manama, April 19 (BNA): Bahrain will face Algeria on April 27 and 29 in two friendly matches within the framework of the International Handball Federation (IHF).

The director of national teams in the Bahraini Handball Association, Ismail Baqer, said that the friendly matches will be held at the BHA Sports Stadium in Umm Al Hassam.

Last Friday, the national team started a training camp led by the Icelandic national coach, Aaron Kristjanson, as part of the initial plan drawn up by the technical team.

The national coach drew up a list of 31 players to participate in the training camp, which will continue in May. The list includes Jassim Al-Sultans Abdullah Ali, Hussein Jaafar, Ali Mirza Salman (Al-Ahly), Muhammad Hamid, Ali Mahmoud (agreement), Hassan Al-Samahiji, Hisham Ahmed, Ali Al-Ashiri, Hassan Madan, Hussein Abdullah and Ahmed Abbas.
