Manama, October 31 (BNA) The Bahrain Olympic team lost 0-3 to Iraq in the last qualifying match for the U-23 group, which will be held in Uzbekistan in 2022.
The match was held at the stadium of the late Sheikh Ali bin Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa in the Muharraq Sports and Cultural Club.
The Iraqi team scored goals through Hassan Abdul Karim (19 minutes), Muntadhar Muhammad (43 million) and Sahid Raad in extra time (90 + 4).
Iraq qualified directly for the Asian Championship after leading the third group with six points. Bahrain and the Maldives ranked second and third, respectively
