Bahrain, Korea sign military cooperation agreement

Manama, September 15 (BNA) The Bahrain Defense Force and the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Korea signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen bilateral military relations.

The memorandum of understanding was signed by the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force, Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and the Korean Ambassador to Bahrain, Chung Hae-kwan.

The Commander in Chief praised the deep relations between the two countries and their regular progress, especially in the military field.

The meeting dealt with issues of common interest.
