Manama, May 15 (BNA): Bahrain’s general index closed at 1,938.24 points, down by 2.58 points from the previous close.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the financial sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 713.50 points, recording an increase of 3.70 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 78 transactions were made on property rights with a volume of 2,099,298, with a value of 840,765 Bahraini Dinars.
Investors trade mainly in the material sector, accounting for 60.69% of the total value of securities traded.
