Bahrain Ambassador to Berlin attends Invest in Bahrain seminar

Berlin, February 3 (BNA) The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Germany, Abdullah Abdul Latif Abdullah, participated in a seminar entitled – Round Table Investor in Bahrain – as a keynote speaker.

The seminar was organized by the German association, NUMOV, with the participation of NUMOV Executive Director Helen Runge, and in the presence of the German Ambassador to Bahrain Kay Thamo Bochmann.


The session was moderated by Felix von Limburg, CEO of BT Innovation, and was attended by more than 30 representatives of German companies.


Abdullah praised the strong friendship relations between Bahrain and Germany and the development and growth they are witnessing in all fields, especially economic and trade.


He gave a presentation entitled Invest in Bahrain that reviewed investment opportunities in Bahrain in several areas, including education, health, manufacturing, infrastructure, tourism, renewable energy, energy efficiency, logistics, information technology, finance and their advantages.


He said that Bahrain aims to attract investments in these areas and is ready to facilitate trade procedures, increase their effectiveness and develop promising sectors.


The ambassador also touched on Bahrain’s plans and programs for economic recovery and enhancing financial sustainability, economic stability, cooperation and support provided by the Economic Development Board to investors.
