Manama, June 27 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at the level of 1,810.81 points, an increase of 1.08 points over the previous close.
This increase is attributed to the rise in the financial sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at the level of 670.00 points, recording a decrease of 0.77 points from the previous closing.
The results indicated that 72 transactions were made on equity with a volume of 756,162 with a value of BD343,532.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector, representing 54.97% of the total value of traded securities.
