Manama, April 21 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at the level of 2,086.41 points, recording a decrease of 8.95 points from the previous close.
This decrease is attributed to the decrease in the financial sector and the materials sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at the level of 729.59 points, recording an increase of 0.29 points from the previous closing.
The results indicated that 91 transactions were made on equity with a volume of 2,812,727, with a value of 748,358 BD.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector, representing 50.36% of the total value of traded securities.
