Manama, May 3 (BNA): Bahrain’s general index closed at 1,902.38 points, down by 4.49 points from the previous close.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the financial sector, the materials sector, and the real estate sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 684.64 points, recording a decrease of 1.55 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 108 stock transactions were executed with a volume of 4,814,533, with a value of 1,899,907 Bahraini Dinars.
Investors trade mainly in the telecommunications services sector and account for 51.30% of the total value of securities traded.
