Manama, September 26 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at the level of 1,698.08 points, recording a decrease of 4.41 points from the previous close.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the financial sector, the industrial sector, and the materials sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 666.50 points, recording a decrease of 0.55 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 76 transactions were made on shares with a volume of 3,047,809, with a value of 510,311 Bahraini dinars.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector, representing 59.69% of the total value of traded securities.
