BHB collaborates with Instinctif Partners to develop IR best practice among listed companies

Manama, September 26 (BNA): Bahrain Bourse, a self-regulating multi-asset market, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Incentive Partners Middle East and North Africa, an international business communications and investor relations advisory firm. .

This cooperation seeks to implement initiatives related to international relations, which will allow Bahrain Bourse to promote best practices among listed companies and other market participants, as well as internally.

The collaboration will include a series of workshops as well as one-on-one sessions with listed companies, to review best practice methods for improving communication between issuers, the investment community and other stakeholders.

Bahrain Bourse announced the launch of the Investor Relations Best Practices Guide in May 2021, as part of its efforts to encourage investor relations best practices among listed companies. The purpose of the guide is to illustrate the importance of the IR function and the positive impact it can have on market assessment and competitiveness.

In April 2019, the Bahrain Bourse and the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA) officially launched the MERA branch in Bahrain, with the aim of developing and strengthening investor relations across the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The founding members of the Bahrain branch of MEIRA are Aluminum Bahrain (Alba), Bank ABC, Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco), Bahrain Bourse, Ithmaar Holding, National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), SICO BSC (c) ).
