Manama, September 18 (BNA) The CEO of Aluminum Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), Ali Al-Baqali, 18 employees of Alba Certificates of leadership development program that was held in cooperation with Steppingstone International LLC.
The program was intended for Alba female employees with the aim of providing equal opportunities to enhance their leadership skills.
The course focused on various aspects including decision making, emotional intelligence, organizational culture, and conflict resolution.
