Job description and summary
Service line overview:
In order to provide a first class service to our customers, we need a first class account chauffeur. The account driver will be a member of the Customer and Marketplace – Company Internal Services (IFS) team, a network of dedicated support professionals that includes business development, marketing, recruitment, human capital, finance, technology, learning, development, and procurement, to name a few. Each team plays a vital role in ensuring that we have all the right resources, services and technology across our business.
We are seeking to hire a confident, dynamic and experienced person who will be responsible for leading a portfolio of 6-8 major accounts at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Egypt. Work directly with customer team members, markets, industry drivers, service line drivers and the broader team across the Middle East region.
Responsibilities:
Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with clients across all levels of organizations and has the ability to articulate challenges and work with account lead partners to develop relationship effectiveness, establish and develop long-term client relationships, and effectively represent client needs to ensure appropriate solutions to the client.
Lead Best-in-Class Account Management by putting together a strategic account plan, help deliver account planning workshops and support partner in creating xLoS teams that collaborate on opportunities and harness company-wide proposals.
Work closely with colleagues to share experiences and best practices and encourage innovative/market-leading activities.
Collaborate with colleagues across different competencies within our customer and market team to deliver high-value solutions to our customers
Attend and/or chair relevant internal business development meetings and lead subsequent actions.
Pay close attention to industry trends and their impact on PwC’s clients, and use the latest business development and marketing tools to help shape customer thinking and PwC’s success in the marketplace.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields such as engineering, business, finance or marketing.
The role is to be based in Cairo and familiar with the Egyptian market, communicating with major clients is highly preferred.
Understand and (where possible) experience in the areas of government, transportation and logistics.
Exposure to sales and commercial acumen.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, email communication, social media).
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload with flexibility and ability to handle well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in account management and relationship management in a large corporate environment.
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Fluency in English.
