21 new private notaries licensed by Justice Minister

Manama, May 15 (BNA): Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Nawaf bin Muhammad Al-Maawda, received 21 notaries who took the constitutional oath after passing the licensing requirements to work as private notaries in Arabic.

This batch of private notaries are licensed for a period of three years, renewable according to the terms and requirements.

The minister stressed the importance of strengthening the role of private notaries through partnership with the private sector in providing notary services, due to its importance in expediting procedures for beneficiaries, individuals and the business sector by providing various options in terms of time and time. place.

Transactions made by private notaries are reviewed by the Notary Public Department via an electronic platform linking the Ministry with them.
