Manama, February 17 (BNA) The Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs, Ayman bin Tawfiq Al-Moayyed, participated in the Forum on Corporate Governance Reality in the Gulf Region.
The Minister highlighted the prospects of the young generation and expatriate workers in the Gulf region, stressing how organizations can encourage and facilitate youth empowerment and participation, by providing a fair competitive environment open for them to spread their creativity.
He said that the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs provides activities to empower young people to become effective leaders, and programs in which competition and fairness among all participants by working to discover, refine and highlight talents, support their projects and innovations, and present them to the public.
Minister Al-Moayyed stressed the importance of studying competition and implementing good business practices with regard to corporate governance to strengthen the private sector and small and micro enterprises (MSME).
