Manama, June 23 (BNA) His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Order No. (28) of 2022 amending some provisions of Decree (39) of 2020 restructuring the Electricity and Water Affairs Authority.
According to the decree, the phrase (Chairman of the Electricity and Water Affairs Authority) replaces the phrase CEO of the Electricity and Water Affairs Authority with the rank of Undersecretary of the Ministry mentioned in the introduction to Article (1). Decree No. (39) of 2020.
It also stipulated that the phrase “Deputy Chairman of the Electricity and Water Affairs Authority” replace the phrase “Executive Vice President” when it appears in Decree (39) of 2020.
The Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs shall implement this decree, it shall come into force immediately, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
