Takes responsibility for the operation of equipment and/or machinery. Duties may include some technical elements but mainly focus on the operation of equipment/machines/systems. The role is practical and directly manipulates the equipment, machinery, or system; Requires precise hardware/operation. Serves in field operations as an active member of a field crew, supporting delivery under the supervision of a field engineer or field specialist.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Understand and comply with all applicable Weatherford safety regulations and policies.
• Perform duties in accordance with the documented quality policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and workplace instructions.
• Define and explain the job and operation of all auxiliary equipment.
• Define and explain the functionality of all essential equipment.
• The application of all disciplines of leadership, processing, operation and equipment on site.
• Maintain accurate equipment and driving records as required by area specific transportation requirements.
• Maintaining a satisfactory driving record.
• Communicate details and directions in a clear and coherent manner.
• Required to work around the clock.
• Perform various other duties assigned by the supervisor within the material constraints of the job.

• Good English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 0-1+ years relevant experience
• A high school diploma, a skilled labor certificate or its equivalent.
• You must have a phone and the ability to call 24 hours a day.
