Winners of HRH Princess Sabeeka’s Award for Productive Families honoured

Manama, March 23 (BNA) The Ministry of Labor and Social Development held today a ceremony honoring the winners of “Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa for Productive Families” in its sixteenth local and seventh edition. At the Arab level.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of INJAZ Bahrain, Her Highness Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of AlMabarrah Al Khalifia, and Chairperson of the Royal Commission for Saving Life in Bahrain, Her Highness Sheikha Nayla bint Hamad bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa and Minister of Labor and Social Development Jameel bin Muhammad Ali Humaidan attended the ceremony Prize distribution, which was held today in the Capital Mall for Bahraini hands products.

The family of Khaled Muhammad Al Shuraim, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, won the “Best Producing Family” award for its luxury dates production project, and Hadeel Fahad, Jordan, won the “Best Arab Producer” award for its banana tree products project. The ‘Best Sponsor of Arab Productive Families’ award was presented to Global Village in Dubai, UAE, and Dolani Business Center in Saudi Arabia.

On this occasion, the Minister of Labor and Social Development expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka, wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women, for her constant keenness to encourage productive families.

He stressed that this prestigious award, which was launched in 2007, reflects the keenness of Princess Sabeeka to empower Bahraini women and improve their standard of living.

He stressed that the unlimited support of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka contributed to improving the quality of the products of productive families, stressing that achieving sustainable economic and social security, with the active participation of Bahraini women and families, and reliance on high-quality products, is among our most important priorities. The goals set by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka and implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development in order to achieve equal opportunities and ensure gender balance.
