Winners of HRH Princess Sabeeka Award for Productive Families 2023 honoured

Manama, Mar. 1 (BNA): The distribution ceremony for the 12th edition of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa Award for Productive Families 2023 was held today at the Sharifa Al-Awadi Club for Youth and Children.


Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of INJAZ Bahrain, will deputize Her Highness Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa to attend the awards ceremony.

An exhibition will be held on the sidelines of a ceremony entitled “Incense Industry in Bahrain”, with the participation of (41) productive families to market their products.


The exhibition will be opened over three days and will continue until Friday (March 3) from 9 am to 9 pm at the Sharifa Al-Awadi Club for Youth and Children in East Riffa.


Her Highness Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa praised the role played by the Ministry of Social Development in promoting the award as an incentive for Bahraini productive families to support the local economy and preserve Bahrain’s heritage.


The Minister of Social Development, Osama bin Ahmed Al-Asfoor, praised Her Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa for sponsoring the award and supporting productive families.

He stressed the importance of the award in light of the comprehensive development led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, with the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
