Job title:
• Serve food and beverage according to service standards and check quality and consistency before serving
• Creates a warm dining experience for guests through a personal approach and attention to detail.
• Handling guest request and entering requests accurately into the system, adhering to cash handling procedures and cash register policies
• Inspect all setup and organization of the side station before and after running each shift according to standard side station setup and clear tables, plates, glassware, etc. when needed
• Adheres to all other service standards and procedures (manuals / SOP, HACCP)
qualifications:
• 35 years and under
• At least 5’2 in height, good communication skills in English
• At least a high school graduate
• At least 2 years experience as a service waiter from a fine dining or casual dining restaurant in the UAE
• Ready for customization at any outlets in Dubai
