Responds to any guest feedback and ensures follow-up
– Establishing good relationships with guests, advising and enhancing customer loyalty
Completes the following tasks:
– Processing points of sale and processing areas
– Welcomes guests and offers waiter service
– Cleans and tidies the restaurant and preparation areas after closing
– Before each work shift, know the composition of the dish and any deficiency
Organizes his work in proportion to the fluctuations in numbers, events and guests
Ensures that the equipment used remains in good condition
– Cares and respects the needs of the guests
Helps increase customer loyalty through quality service
Expresses an attitude in line with the brand, which contributes to creating the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant and dining rooms
– Recommend and promote F&B and bar shows. In a broader context, be familiar with hotel services and latest offers

– Helps manage crockery and appliances by avoiding breakage
May ask for help with inventories
– Ensures workplace stays clean and tidy and consumer goods safety by always respecting HACCP regulations
Respects the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment used
– Enforces hotel security regulations (in case of fire, etc.)
– Respects the hotel’s commitments to the “Environment Charter” (energy saving, recycling, waste sorting, etc.)
