Manama, December 18 (BNA) The Martyrs and Wounded Affairs Committee held an event on the occasion of Martyr’s Day, which falls on December 17 of each year.
The Committee of the Office of the Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior hosted the commemorative ceremony at the Public Security Club.
The event was attended by the families and sons of the martyrs of duty. Gifts and flags were distributed to the attendees who attended a dinner banquet.
Muhammad Yassin delivered a speech in which he praised the martyrs who were martyred while performing their duty in Bahrain and abroad, highlighting their lofty status in Islam.
