Manama, September 13 (BNA) The Minister of Transport and Communications, Mohammed bin Thamer Al-Kaabi, received the regional representative of the Arab countries at the World Meteorological Organization, Dr. Hisham Abdul Ghani Musa.
Minister Al-Kaabi praised the fruitful and constructive cooperation between the ministry and the organization.
The meeting reviewed ways to enhance cooperation to develop weather monitoring and forecasting services in the ministry in line with international standards and recommendations.
Dr. Hisham expressed his appreciation for the minister’s interest in developing cooperation in the field of meteorology.
