what are you going to do
The trainer offers all kinds of exercises. Develops resources and study materials for advancement.
Implement all training programs in line with the learning ladder in the Retail Academy
– Review and update training programs for the beauty education ladder with the latest innovations related to make-up, skin care and perfumes
Provide learning and other development solutions to staff and supervisory levels, and support explorers in using different learning platforms such as Chalhoub University, Axonify, etc.
Ensure that effective development methods are implemented to educate and enhance performance
– Design and deliver training in different modes: face-to-face, virtual, blended, etc.
Supporting brands and communities through innovation and collaboration
Evaluate the effectiveness of training and suggest solutions to improve the learning experience
Find new and relevant training ideas and tools
Providing ongoing support to explorers and Chalhoub University team members as needed
Participate in relevant community projects and activities when needed
What you will need to succeed
– Bachelor’s degree
3 years + experience in training / learning and development
– Fluent in Arabic and English
Train the trainer certification is a plus
