We have been commissioned by one of the best first-class consulting firms, and are helping to source a Senior Manager (Arabic speaking – a MUST) with extensive experience in strategic consulting, and operational topics in the real estate sector.

Role Summary:

Real estate practice services include business restructuring, enterprise transformation, and government. Policy implementation, strategy development, and operational excellence. Clients are government housing/real estate programmes, regulators, real estate developers, contractors, real estate financiers and investors.

Service Type: Consultant

As a Senior Manager within the REC team, you will be expected to:

Lead comprehensive real estate advisory operations focused on assessing the current situation, structuring analytics, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy development.
Lead and coach internal teams and cross-functional client teams, across the commercial and real estate value chain
– Develop yourself personally, paying close attention to trends in the real estate industry and influencing our clients so you can help shape their thinking and our success in the market
Contribute to team growth by leading and winning proposals to support our clients in developing strategy, operating model, organizational structure, transformation management, implementation and operational excellence (operations and services)
– You will primarily undertake customer delivery work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Support the development of new proposals to help our clients standardize their operations in the most efficient and effective manner.
You will develop your understanding of key topics in the real estate market and the region.

– Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Preferred qualifications: MBA, PMP.
Years of Experience: At least 9 years of experience in management consulting focused on the real estate industry
Exceptional analytical, business and problem-solving skills that will allow us to understand business drivers, analyze their data and use that to provide insight and advice to our clients
Extensive experience managing strategy development and organizational transformation/restructuring projects
In-depth understanding and experience in strategy management and implementation, design of operating models, change management, portfolio monetization and improvement strategies.
– Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Language skills: Fluent in both English and Arabic
