• Technical Construction Manual for the New Products Manufacturing Division.
• A foam expert who understands foam densities, limits and durability, to further enhance durability (foam deteriorates
with sweat, heat and pressure) and improved construction methods to reduce production time.
• Develop / improve the construction of foam liners for helmets
• Source raw materials and work with suppliers to develop new components for foams and fabrics
• Manage fabric testing and work closely with Safety Department re-fit for foams, fabrics and construction methods
• Participation in research and development programs
• Guiding the working team on new projects to improve construction methods and productivity
• Continuous innovation and speed
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Lean manufacturing training is preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced and competitive composite manufacturing and engineering environment
• Knowledge of foam properties, standards and suppliers
• Understand the properties of fabrics and textile testing (durability, tolerances, stretchability, and breathability)
• Knowledge of construction methods with ability to demonstrate sewing techniques etc.
• Knowing the gloves, suits or other fabrics wear perspiration
• Good oral and written English communication skills
