• Develop and improve the construction of foam liners for helmets.
• Continuous improvement of foam materials and helmet construction
• Technical construction guide for new products
• Continuous improvement of materials and construction methods used in motorsports helmet liners
• Apply principles of chemistry, physics, and physical behaviors to improve durability
• Leading the technical construction of the new product manufacturing department
• Foam expert on foam densities, limits and durability
• Optimizing construction methods to reduce production time
• Source raw materials and work with suppliers to develop new components for foams and fabrics
• Manage fabric testing and work closely with the Safety Department of re-foaming, fabrics and construction methods
• Participation in research and development programs
• Develop & improve HS and BOMs, and implement data collection and problem solving activities.
• Continuous innovation and speed
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.

• Sponge Material Expert
• Experience in a fast-paced and competitive composite manufacturing and engineering environment
• Knowledge of foam properties, standards and suppliers
• Understand fabric properties and fabric tests (durability, tolerances, stretchability, and breathability)
• Knowledge of construction methods with ability to demonstrate sewing techniques etc.
• Knowledge of gloves, suits or other construction wear sweat
• Good oral and written English communication skills
