The role will ensure that the Mechanical, Electrical (LV & MV), Civil and Landscape departments operate as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities and duties:
• Ensure that all workloads are completed on schedule (PPM maintenance and reactive maintenance)
• Monitor the team’s work rate and address any performance issues.
• Hold individual meetings with all department heads.
• Coordination with the direct manager.
• Overall responsibility for all equipment maintenance.
• Responsible for ensuring that all work procedures are clearly defined and sequentially, with regular reviews to ensure effectiveness.
• Proactive in seeking improvements in process/operational methods.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management, initial and ongoing development and motivation of all employees, ensuring that productivity and quality goals are consistently met.
• Responsible for achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivering a high level of customer service on time and cost.
qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in MEP facilities management
• Proven ability in operating and maintaining contracts involving critical and redundant MEP systems.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Develop, prepare and implement operations reports and maintenance requirements.
• High degree of customer focus for both internal and external clients.
• Knowing and participating in PPM and interactive maintenance of assets, as part of the leadership team, expected to be recorded in participating in day to day maintenance activities with the night operation team.
