Fantastic opportunity to work with a recognized contractor providing civil and building construction services to government and private sector clients in the UAE. The successful candidate will lead a small team of assessors and will be responsible for:
– Managing various tenders.
Produce and review all estimates prior to submission
Monitoring the results of tenders
Ensure that estimates are competitive in the current market and that a potential project is feasible
Develop assessment procedures
requirements:
Applicants must meet the following criteria;
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Proven track record of working as an Estimation Manager within an urban construction environment
– Educated Western is a must
– Based in the UAE, able to use grading software
