We are looking for an experienced Tenant Relationship Manager to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job overview

The Tenant Relationship Manager is the primary point of contact for all tenants and plays a key role in ensuring that all of our retail partners are extremely positive. Tenants must have complete confidence that any concerns they may raise are dealt with fairly and constructively so that any problems are resolved quickly.

At the same time, the TRM must be active in supporting the operations of the mall to ensure that tenants are fully compliant with mall regulations at all times. It should be constantly made clear that these are not only essential for effective asset management, but are also for the benefit of all tenants, enabling them to improve their business performance.

responsibilities

Tenant contact
• Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relations.
• Involve tenants in discussing performance and exploring expansion opportunities
• Hold regular meetings with tenants to understand their needs and business trends
• Ensure that tenant complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively in accordance with agreed objectives
• Assist mall management in ensuring tenants’ compliance with lease terms and operating regulations
• Ensure that tenants are kept fully informed of site operational issues, marketing events, organizational adjustments, etc.
• Ensure that an official schedule for visiting the commercial center / tenant is drawn up for employees and preparing official reports on it
• Periodically conduct tenant satisfaction studies, analyze results and suggest improvements as necessary.
• Ensure that all communications are confirmed in writing and archived for easy reference.

Performance Management
• Establish systems to monitor retail sales performance and provide regular reports as required
• Establishing systems to monitor the overall performance of commercial centers with the aim of identifying basic trends and developing action plans to mitigate risks and exploit opportunities
• Track and analyze the performance of tenants with multiple units
• Identification of tenants’ problem and concerns and feedback on the lease
• Regularly review and improve operational systems and processes

Basic requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of the retail market in the GCC
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in leasing or operational management of retail
• Fluency in Arabic is required along with competent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of issues related to renting in shopping malls
• Arab citizens residing only in Saudi Arabia now

Salary is open and will reflect experience levels and interview performance and will be discussed at a later stage.
