• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Proven 1-2 years experience as a Telesales Representative or other role in sales/customer service
• Preferably in the banking/insurance sector
• Confident cold calling
• Book meetings with potential clients
• A database of benefits
• Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to recognize products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• A proven track record of successfully meeting the sales quota, preferably over the phone
