Record maintenance needs based on daily visits to shops and requests from shop services specialist, handling planning, scheduling and daily distribution of tasks in order to ensure timely repair as per quality and safety standards
Assist in managing and coordinating all flooring operations between stores and maintenance work
Oversee preventive work to ensure that it is carried out by contractors in a timely and satisfactory manner
Coordinate with the repair contractor for items that are beyond his or the team’s capabilities
Monitoring all security matters (shop door alarm, intrusion and fire alarm) in order to ensure their proper functioning
Purchase of all materials needed for maintenance such as brushes, nails, etc
Replacing team members in carrying out basic maintenance work in case of absence or as needed

– 3 years experience in a similar field
