Charterhouse works with one of the world’s leading financial firms. Our clients are looking to hire an experienced Team Manager/Executive Assistant to work in their Dubai office.
This role will be incredibly fast paced from the moment you arrive in the morning until you leave at night, you will be extremely busy. It will involve complex diary management, travel arrangements involved, and always being one step ahead of the people you support. You will provide high-level C-level administrative support in a fast-paced corporate office. You will provide support to office management, help coordinate Board meetings, and maintain accurate Board records.
The successful candidate must be Western educated to degree level and have at least 5 years experience in C-level support in financial services or large international business. Additionally, you must think forward and be proactive. You must have high level communication skills and excellent language and writing skills in English.
The successful candidate must be organized and detail-oriented, with an energetic personality with strong team player attributes.
