Job description and summary
A career in sales and marketing, within the company’s internal services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning PwC’s distinctive brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth. Our Sales and Marketing Specialist – Practice Support team focuses on the design, development and implementation of communication programs and media events to promote, sell the brand and PwC services as well as contribute to our pricing strategies and market evaluation.

A career in our tax and legal services will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC employees (users) and relevant stakeholders leverage Salesforce technologies to improve their user experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive better user adoption by improving key user behaviors. The main focus is to support business needs and challenges using existing Salesforce solutions (sales cloud) and frameworks implemented by PwC Global to support the TLS leadership team with priorities such as; Driving insight, analytics, strategic computation support, and overall pipeline management.

This position will require the candidate to do the following:

– Report and assist users and partners in managing pipelines on a daily basis
Liaise with TLS engagement teams across the region to ensure opportunities are up to date
Follow up with partners to ensure KPIs on sales credit accuracy
– Help users unlock opportunities by raising tickets with Data Stewards teams
– Reporting to the Business Development Manager
– Understand and analyze results from Salesforce reports
Assist in creating/maintaining reports and dashboards using Salesforce
Understand and support the various tools integrated with Salesforce solutions and collaborate with these relevant teams to better assist Salesforce users
Perform additional tasks that evolve with the role and seniority while in office

qualifications:

Salesforce admin experience highly preferred but not required as full training will be provided
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Demonstrable professional and proactive approach.
– Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
– Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
– Able to speak and write
– Arabic language skills an advantage
