At EY, we support you to look forward to a self-controlled career path. This is enhanced by a tax graduate development program called Tax U, which covers a range of technical, non-technical and behavioral learning interventions aimed at a smooth transition from university to EY.
You will rotate in some of our busiest service lines, to experience real tax projects, under the supervision of the best mentors and coaches in the industry.
This comprehensive, multi-year educational journey will provide you with opportunities to build the essential skills you need, to accomplish and lead tax outputs in the MENA region.
All this will be done through a blended approach of virtual and classroom exercises and a strong component of experiential learning that can be transferred on the job.
We strongly advocate continuous learning and you will be encouraged to complete a professional qualification; With the financial and technical support you need to stand out.
You will also implement cross-border projects aimed at achieving a global vision of our tax practices.

qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed within the last 18 months of applying to a graduate program
Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or any business related discipline where you have completed tax courses
0-18 months of relevant work experience
Only Kuwaiti nationals will be considered
