Our latest opportunity is for a talented Site Supervising Senior Manager to join our award winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This position is responsible for leading the construction supervision team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget as per the contract. The role will supervise the work of site engineers, surveyors, inspectors and all other disciplines working on a construction site.
responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;
Extensive construction management experience, including successful project completion and delivery.
Significant knowledge and proven leadership experience gained from an engineering consultancy background, having managed construction projects along with a thorough knowledge of project management processes and systems.
Experience in reviewing and managing contractor progress and preparing progress reports on a monthly basis as the Logistics Officer for in-progress lands
Reviewing and approving contractor payment requests and issuing payment certificates as required.
– Schedule and chair on-site progress site meetings.
Excellent communication skills along with the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.
qualifications
