Duties include but are not limited to:
Organize and implement administrative systems and procedures, and perform necessary support duties.
Act as the primary source of information for the team.
Preparing and keeping department records in paper form and databases.
– Provide assistance to colleagues for any inquiries or requests.
– Coordination and communication with all departments to facilitate workflow.
Participation in the preparation and induction process.
Assist in closing the month with regards to payroll administration.
Support all department functions as needed.
Your experience and skills include:
– T&C related hotel experience.
Very responsible and reliable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Good working knowledge of relevant labor laws.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail s.
Ability to use and interpret related computer programs and systems.
– Strong presentation skills.
