what are you going to do
• TA intern is responsible for working under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Team to support candidate sourcing and management of the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the TA team to understand the job requirements
• Attend briefing meetings with recruiters & hiring managers when required
• Create attractive job postings that attract applicants and engage across all relevant job portals
• Create long lists of matching candidates for review with the TA team
• Screening and scheduling interviews for relevant candidates
• Share comments and updates with active candidates and recruits
• Submit update reports and ensure compliance with regulations for each role
• Use relevant selection tools to assess candidates (including competency-based interviews, assessment centers, psychometric assessments and all other applicable tests)
• Ensure all applicants have a great candidate experience
• Interview and follow up on referrals from management and staff
• Provide support on other HR projects that include talent acquisition when required
• Participate in related projects and community activities as and when needed
• Liaise with internal HR stakeholders to collect any relevant TA data required.
What you will need to succeed
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related field
• 0-2 years of experience in the same or similar field
