Rixos Doha Qetaifan Island North
Opening in mid-2022, Rixos Doha Qetaifan will consist of a 345-room hotel, along with an 11,000 square meter rental market, a beach club, a theme park, and a water park. The resort will offer panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Set to make its debut ahead of the World Cup, Rixos plans to provide a platform to showcase Qatar as a tourist destination. One of the country’s biggest attractions will be the water park on Qetaifan Island North, the Icon Tower, the tallest tower of its kind in the world, reaching 82 meters in height.
Assistant Director Food and Beverage – Hotel Operations
This position is responsible for managing the operations of all food and beverage outlets in the hotel to deliver an excellent guest and member experience. An Assistant Director of Food and Beverage will also be required to manage, train and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.

What will you do:
– Supervising the food and beverage operations in the hotel.
Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
Recruit, manage, train and develop the F&B team.
Assist with annual and intermediate evaluations with team members under your responsibility
– Manage guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
-Assist in defining departmental goals and objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures
– Develop menus with other members of the food and beverage team
– Responsible for the monthly inventory
Motivating team members to increase sales and revenue
– Deputizes for the Food and Beverage Manager in their absence
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Assist other departments when necessary and maintain good working relationships
Your experience and skills include:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management
Must have 3 years of experience as a Food and Beverage Manager with a five star luxury hotel/resort
– Fluency in reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
– Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
