Your role and responsibilities

Work closely with talent acquisition partners in specific roles they manage for their clients.
Create a comprehensive sourcing strategy that takes extraordinary steps to engage with and attract people from diverse backgrounds
– You will spend time using LinkedIn, Github, and any other tools required to source the best talent for roles as well as rediscover internal and external applicants, referrals and silver medals within our CRM,
You will handle initial outreach and, where necessary, conversations with candidates before introducing them to relevant talent acquisition partners on the team

Work in an agile manner to ensure effective collaboration within the project sourcing team
Build and maintain good relationships with talent acquisition partners to prioritize recruitment and meet recruitment needs in a timely manner (two-week intervals)

Technical and professional experience required

Ability to understand how to hire passive candidates at all levels
Knowledge of Boolean and X-ray lookups and additional source software/tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to build strong relationships
Experience working with recruitment and people tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management, resume databases, online resource tools and complex spreadsheets
Customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement; Ability to communicate proactively and establish effective working relationships.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Previous experience in a fast-paced business
Recruitment experience for technical skills. Ideal within the cloud and/or modern software development technologies
