A great fast food chain brand is looking for a running Supply Chain Administrative Assistant to join its fast-moving team. (6 month contract – visa and medicine provided)
The primary role is to support the smooth running of the supply chain department through administrative duties. These include:
Assisting in achieving company goals and KPIs
Requisition of stock from suppliers to meet demand
Maintaining service levels
Effectively process order confirmations from suppliers, coordinating with other departments when necessary
Suppliers chase for overdue items
Solve problems where inventory does not arrive exactly as it should
Maintain documents related to the supply chain process in accordance with the company’s quality requirements
Inform key stakeholders of any business risks
Prepare presentations, reports and analysis
Supporting the function of the supply chain department
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the food or consumer industry, working in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills and be competent across IT/ERP.
This is a 6-month contract, so it’s best to be available right away or at very short notice.
