Amazon is looking for a talented fashion designer with a strong portfolio for a large scale commercial photography studio in Egypt. The ideal filter will ensure that the highest quality images are produced for a wide variety of product categories. The designer will help standardize continuous process improvements and design efficiencies, while working closely with the lead designer, art director and photographers. This person must also have the ability to work within and across large, interconnected teams, and demonstrate the ability to leverage creativity through commercially relevant images. Run your daily photo sessions while maintaining positive energy in the studio at all times. Troubleshoot design issues on site using knowledge of Amazon’s business goals and visual branding. Studio productivity analysis to develop and implement process improvements. Team to identify new competencies Follow the studio style guide to design a variety of consistently high quality products balanced with effective modernization style guides as well as any necessary documentation in the design department. As a point person for independent hair stylists; Drive expectations to support quality and productivity Organizing and facilitating high priority imaging Partner with vendor managers in specific categories to obtain information on appropriate and future initiatives and strategies Develop improved processes for existing categories; Serve as a team expert in one or more design categories Assisting in the creation of training materials and standard operating procedures
Basic qualifications
Professional design experience in a commercial photography studio Specialized design ability, such as advanced product or food design Professional portfolio demonstrating expertise in applicable design techniques Understanding of market trends, visual composition and aesthetic presentation art Exceptional eye for detail Knowledge of commercial studio workflows Adept working knowledge of computer computing platforms, Including Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent written and oral communication in English
