Work summary
• Responsible for the overall process of completing successful supplier setup on Amazon systems, supplier catalog setup with periodic cost updates, and successful follow-up to Amazon Purchase Requisitions (POs).
• Prepare supplier account. Ensure supplier follows E2E process of accepting Amazon onboarding invitation, terms and conditions, while completing full back office setup of required modules.
• Create supplier selection. Support suppliers by uploading the new selection to the Amazon Vendor Central tool, ensuring that product attributes and costs are updated periodically to ensure the best customer experience and avoid order blocking.
• Availability of supplier items. Ensure supplier item availability is constantly updated with detailed purchase order confirmations and/or run necessary adjustments for item availability via the Amazon Vendor Central tool.
• Confirm the purchase order. Ensure that suppliers send timely confirmations to Amazon POs within the agreed service level agreement. Purchase orders must be confirmed at the item level with a specific size assignment.
• PO booking and delivery. Support suppliers to book and manage their purchase orders appointments through the use of Amazon’s online tools (Carrier Central).
• PO/Packaging items. Supporting suppliers with education of Amazon PO packaging standards in preparation for shipment to Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FCs).
• Solve supplier problems. Create and follow up on supplier support help cards on all account issues, prepare items, create purchase orders and deliver.

Basic qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain / Procurement / Operations discipline
• Ability to think and interact in a high-energy and fast-paced environment.
• Good proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills

qualifications preferred
• 1-2 years experience in retail, warehouse operations or supply chain a plus
• Experience leading the improvement and development of project management systems
