As a talent acquisition specialist, you will strategically identify and recruit players using leading recruitment methodologies such as Topgrading to drive the growth of the company worldwide. Players are top talent who are smart, driven and get things done while possessing traits that are aligned with our company values: integrity, teamwork, efficiency and customer focus.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the different roles within the organization and their requirements.
– Searching for and recruiting candidates using various online and offline channels.
Assess applicants using recruitment and interviewing methodologies such as Topgrading to determine their technical and cultural suitability.
Plan and manage online technical evaluations along with hiring managers and team leadership.
– Scheduling and coordinating the interview with the candidates.
Spearhead recruitment activities such as career fairs and campus recruitment campaigns.
Maintain our applicant database, prepare recruitment analyzes and employment reports.
Collaborate with the product design team to create promotional materials for recruitment purposes.
requirements
– University degree or other relevant professional qualifications
– Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Ability to identify the best talent and assess the candidate’s position, personality and skills
Thorough knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment methodologies and techniques such as Topgrading
– Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, etc.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures
