– Examine all incoming materials and works completed on the site and ensure that the quality conforms to the required specifications.
Prepare all documents and attachments required for examination and testing requirements for all MEP works
– Preparing comprehensive daily reports of site activities showing notes of work performed each day
– Review the MEP checklist, combined drawing, and related QC documents for the final experts
On-site inspection and coordination with the QA/QC engineer to carry out the work done as per the code as per the specifications
– Coordination with the client for inspection activities issued RFI (request for inspection) of the witness / detention point etc.
Assist the QA/QC engineer in supervising MEP works
Raise the non-conformity report and discuss it with the CPA Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer
Comply, implement and participate in the improvement of applicable ISO QEHSMS procedures/documentation and record retention.
Inform the project manager of any potentially unsafe work or situation that may affect the quality, health, safety and environment improvement program
– 3+ years experience working as a MEP QA QC (Mechanical) Inspector for MEP Contractor, Subcontractor, etc…
– Hold a degree in mechanical engineering or diploma
GCC/Middle East experience is a must.
– Fluent in written and spoken English and Tagalog.
